Limit one free mail-in entry per person/household per basket. Mailed entries must be received before the drawing date and receive the average number of entries earned by paid entrants for that basket, rounded up.

NO PURCHASE, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A donation will not increase your odds of winning relative to other paid entries, beyond the number of entries purchased.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Massachusetts 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: Purchase one or more $1 entries (or a 6-for-$5 bundle) at levelupgloucester.org/raffle.html, choosing the basket you wish to enter, OR enter free by mail as described above. Limit one free entry per person/household per basket.
Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each basket.
Winner Selection: One winner per basket will be drawn at random from all eligible entries for that basket on the drawing date announced on this page. Winners will be notified by the email or phone number provided at entry within 30 days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize or it will be forfeited and re-drawn.
Prizes: Each basket is described on this page along with its approximate retail value. Level Up Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are provided as-is with no warranty.
Governing Law: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
